THE TEAM
Debbie Barber has been a finance manager for over 25 years, managing teams across a broad spectrum of industries. She founded Barber French Associates with Tracie French in 2009. We started with just one client, who is still one of our key clients 10 years later.
Tracie French moved from being silent partner to join the business full time in 2016. Her commercial background and project management skills bring an element of breadth not always seen from traditional bookkeeping teams. Tracie leads the company secretarial and pensions work within the team.
Cathryn Payne joined the team in 2015, to support Debbie as the business started to grow and as further key clients came on board. Cathryn’s speciality is working with our construction recruitment clients.
Claire Brookes came to Barber French in mid 2018. Since joining, Claire has become our lead for financial accounting and the production and submission of clients’ annual accounts.
Ann Jubb recently joined the team to give us more capacity, especially around balance sheets and management accounts. Ann is also our credit control specialist - don't cross her!
Megan Gleeson is the most recent member to join our team. Megan splits her time between weekly and monthly payrolls, transactional tasks, as well as assisting other members of the team with monthly accounts.
